The Djire Foundation’s mentorship and advising work is volunteer-led, so donation funds are directed toward student scholarships. In Texas, qualifying competitive scholarships may also help eligible nonresident students reduce their tuition burden by allowing them to be charged resident tuition rates, subject to university approval and state requirements.
